STEP 2, SAMPLE DRAWINGS

After all details confirmed, we need a drawing to settle all details down. Our designers make an engineering drawing. Here’s a simple example.

STEP 3, SAMPLE MANUFACTURE START

After receiving manufacture instructions, the proofing masters begin to make it. The proofing masters are usually experienced in this industry for at least ten years and are responsible for samples production. They select and prepare for materials, tools, and think about the steps in mind.

It usually takes about 2-3 working days to make a common sample, and about 5-7 working days for more complex one. This is a workbench I took. When I raised my camera, the proofing master said pleased don’t take me in, I didn’t get my hair done. Actually he is over 50 years old, haha.

STEP 4, SAMPLE PHOTOGRAPHY & PHOTO CONFIRMATION

After sample completed, we take very clear pictures from all angles, and sometimes a video. We send these to customers and let them see if it is ok. If customers say something is wrong or needs to be more perfect, we will rework it. Before sending out, we could correct the mistake and minimize the loss.

But in most cases, customers felt very happy to see the photos, they said it was exactly the same as they thought, and urged us to send out samples as soon as possible. They hope to get it very soon.

STEP 5, SAMPLE DELIVERY & SAMPLE CONFIRMATION

Samples are usually delivered by express, like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. It is fast as 3 working days or 5 working days if more far. The delivery costs aren’t expensive usually.

After sample checking & tests, satisfied customers often send us the following feedback.

The sample is confirmed and we need to communicate about bulk cargo now. The customer will send us the quantity, shipping address, etc. Buying quantity for acrylic candy bins is usually between 100-300 pcs, or even more. Customers purchase for one candy store at least. If they have a branch and need to purchase or renovate at the same time, they will buy more for one time.

STEP 6, BULK CARGO PRODUCTION

We send Proforma Invoice to customers, including product photo, price details, payment method and our bank account number.

After customer confirmed invoice, he/she will arrange a T/T bank transfer accordingly. Some customers make the full payment at one time in order to reduce the handle charge However, we also accept to pay the deposit in advance and balance after cargo finished.

It usually takes 3 working days for the deposit arriving. After got it, we arrange the production. According to the different conditions of the goods, the production time of bulk cargo is around 20-30 working days, which will be longer in the busy season.

During production, we will report to customers for cargo progress, like following.

STEP 7, SHIPPING

Bulk cargo usually ship by sea, if urgent, airplane is also a good choice.

Please note that before production, it is necessary to confirm the shipping way in advance. Because different shipping ways had different prices. What’s more, the package methods are also different.

Air transport needs more space and protection to prevent it from being crushed during transportation. Also air cargo needs to be palletized. Generally, sea shipping is not easy to get thrown on the way.
